According to xAI's applicable enterprise terms, User Content is not used by xAI for internal AI model training and is generally deleted within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law or for safety, compliance, or moderation reasons.

Ship Partners may use external service providers, including external AI API providers such as X.AI LLC, to operate and provide the website and AI-assisted chat features.
